What to know about Shipping:
Delivery Service
The Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order leaves the Atelier. The confirmation contains the description of the product, the total price & the planned delivery period.
Steinvorth Apothecary will deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
If no one is available at the Customer's address at the time of delivery, the Customer must follow the instructions of the delivery service in charge of the delivery of the order.
The Apothecary reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the Products ordered, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event of partial delivery, we shall inform the Customer.

Delivery Costs
Steinvorth Apothecary works together with DHL,USPS,UPS EXPRESS to offer the best possible Global shipping service.
We offer free delivery for orders of $300 or higher.
For US Market, all taxes & duties are at the expense of Steinvorth Attire & are calculated in the product price.
Please note that all taxes & duties outside the European Union (except for the US market) are at the expense of the end customer. Steinvorth Apothecary will not be responsible for covering these costs.
