If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchange policies:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns Eligibility:

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, & in the same condition as when you received it. x

  • Exchange Procedure:

    If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us at sales@steinvorthapothecary.com to arrange the exchange.

    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will charge a $1 flat service fee. x

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    In the rare event that your tea arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product & packaging.

    We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees. x

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    For health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used tea products.

  • Additional Terms:

    Steinvorth Apothecary reserves the right to modify or update this returns & exchange policy at any time without prior notice.

    All returns & exchanges are subject to review, processing & approval by our customer service team. x
